Uwe Siemon-Netto confirmed in 2016 that „a global phenomenon is underway: Muslims are converting to various Christian denominations in droves in every part of the world.“ Indeed, Christian missionaries have even coined a name and an abbreviation for them: Muslim-background believers, or MBBs.
