Homo-Ehen, die in der EU geschlossen wurden, müssen auch in Polen gelten, wenn die Personen dorthin (zurück) gezogen sind. Das hat der EU-Gerichtshof am Dienstag entschieden – Polen muss seine Gesetze ändern.
