3200 IS-Kämpfer sind nach Angaben der Syrischen Beobachtungsstelle für Menschrechte allein seit Anfang Dezember aus den letzten IS-Gebieten geflohen. Darunter befinden sich auch mehrere Deutsche, von denen viele nun zurück in ihr Heimatland wollen.
