DC ‘Antifa Leader’ Charged With Ethnic Intimidation

„The man said to be the head of Antifa in the Washington DC area was charged with several felonies earlier this month, among them ethnic intimidation. Joseph Alcoff, 37, is one of three men arrested in connection with an attack on two marines that took place in Philadelphia in November 2018.
The Antifa movement is a conglomeration of left-wing autonomous, militant anti-fascist groups which operates in the United States.
The incident occurred several blocks from where the We the People Rally was taking place. Court documents suggest a group of around a dozen activists approached Alejandro Godinez and Luis Torres, who were not in uniform at the time. In an earlier court hearing, the Hispanic marines said the group used racist slurs against them, calling them Nazis and white supremacists. They allege the mob kicked, punched and sprayed them with mace.
Alcoff has reportedly called for the use of violence to overthrow the government. He is next scheduled to appear in court on February 11.“
