Im vergangenen Jahr stellten 8210 Menschen in Deutschland einen Asylantrag, obwohl sie bereits in einem anderen EU-Land als Flüchtling anerkannt wurden. Nur ein Bruchteil von ihnen wird wieder abgeschoben.
