Die Polizei hat vier Männer aus dem Umfeld des Breitscheidplatz-Terroristen Anis Amri festgenommen. Der Hauptverdächtige plante Messerangriffe auf Passanten beim Berliner Halbmarathon. Das Motiv soll Rache sein.
