Der Hedgefonds-Manager und Investor George Soros will sein Netzwerk der »Open Society Foundations« mit einer Finanzspritze von 18 Milliarden US-Dollar stärken. Damit werden Milliarden in Projekte zu offenen Grenzen, offene Gesellschaften und in linke Organisationen fließen.
