Österreichs Außenminister Kurz (ÖVP) warnt als neuer OSZE-Vorsitzender vor vergewaltigenden und mordenden Islamisten im IS-Umfeld und kündigt an, den Kampf gegen den islamistischen Terror zum Schwerpunktthema der OSZE machen.
